Client Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These are the terms for clients on a Click Rocket monthly plan. They're written in plain words on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you start and we'll explain it. They sit alongside our Terms and Conditions. If the two ever conflict, these Client Terms apply to your plan.

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you, the business named on your onboarding form, and Click Rocket (Gino Martini trading as Click Rocket), 5 Kestrel Street, Sunningdale, Cape Town, 7441, South Africa, serving clients across South Africa and the United Kingdom. They start on the day your first payment is taken and stay in place while your plan is active.

2. The plans

There are three monthly plans. You pick one when you start, and you can move between them at any time.

Website plan

£69 / R1,499 per month

  • A custom website of 5–10 pages, built for your trade
  • Fully local and SEO optimised, mobile-first with click-to-call
  • Hosting, SSL, backups and uptime monitoring
  • An AI chat assistant trained on your business
  • A unified inbox for your messages and leads
  • Unlimited content updates, usually live within two business days

Thrive System

£149 / R2,999 per month

  • Everything in the Website plan, on a 20–30 page site
  • Missed-call text-back
  • Google review requests after completed jobs, with reminders
  • A review reactivation campaign to your past customers
  • AI replies to your Google reviews
  • Google Business Profile management
  • Local SEO with a monthly report
  • Your best reviews posted to your social media

Custom plan

From £69 / R1,499 per month

Pick only the services you need, each £69 / R1,499 per month: Website (includes the AI chat assistant), Google Reviews, Google Business Profile, Missed-Call Text-Back, AI Chat Assistant for an existing website, and Extra locations.

Extra locations

If you have more than one branch or address, each extra location gets its own Google Business Profile managed, its own review requests and its own location page on your website. £69 / R1,499 per location, per month, on any plan.

Full details of each plan are on our Pricing page. Paid advertising (e.g. Google Ads) budget and management are not part of any plan.

3. Price, setup and billing

A once-off setup fee of £299 / R6,499 is taken when you sign up. It covers building and connecting everything. If you pay annually, the setup fee is waived.

Monthly plans are billed in advance to the card or account you set up at signup, on the same day each month. Annual plans are billed once a year in advance and cost the same as 10 months.

Your price stays what you signed up at for as long as you stay on that plan. If we ever change the price of a plan, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

All prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.

If a payment fails, we'll let you know and try again. If it's still unpaid after 10 days, we may pause the website and the connected systems until it clears. Nothing is deleted while a plan is paused for payment.

4. No contract, 30 days' notice

There's no long contract. You can cancel at any time, and all we ask for is 30 days' written notice.

Send your notice to gino@getclickrocket.com. Your plan runs for 30 days from the day we receive it, so one more monthly payment may fall inside that window. At the end of the notice period, the plan ends and the service stops.

We can also end a plan with 30 days' notice, and we'll always tell you why.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy in your first 30 days with us, tell us and we'll refund everything you've paid us for the Service, including any setup fee. The 30 days run from the date of your first payment for that Service.

One exception: if we purchased your domain name on your behalf and you'd like it transferred to you or another provider after a guarantee refund, there's a £25 / R550 transfer fee, which covers the cost of the domain and the transfer.

Setup fee and other refunds

Outside the 30-day money-back guarantee, any setup fee is non-refundable once we've started work on your website.

After the first 30 days, payments already made aren't refundable, unless the law says otherwise.

5. This is a managed service

Your monthly fee pays us to build, host and run the website and the systems connected to it. It's not a one-off purchase of a website. While your plan is active, the site lives on our platform and we look after all of it, so there's nothing for you to install, update or maintain.

If your plan ends and you don't buy the website out, the site and the connected systems come down on your last day of service.

6. Keeping the website when you cancel

If you cancel and want to keep the website, you can buy it. The price depends on how long you've been a paying client.

When you cancelCost to keep the website
Within your first 5 months£750 / R15,000
Month 6 onwards£350 / R7,500

The buyout includes our team moving the site over for you. We package up the website, set it up on hosting in your name, transfer the domain into your name, point it at the new site, and check that every page, form and image works before we hand it over. You then own that copy of the site outright.

What comes with you

  • The website design, pages and the copy we wrote for you
  • Your photos, logo and any content you gave us
  • The domain name, transferred into your name at no extra cost
  • The site set up and working on hosting in your name

What doesn't come with you

  • The systems the monthly fee pays for: the AI chat assistant, missed-call text-back, review requests, reactivation campaigns, AI review replies and the unified inbox. These run on our platform and stop with the plan.
  • Hosting, updates, monitoring, backups and support from us after handover. That's what the monthly plan covered.
  • Any phone number, chat widget or account we set up in our name.

After handover, hosting is usually a small monthly fee paid directly to a hosting company, and we'll point you to a good one.

7. What we need from you

To build and run everything well, we need a few things from you. Delays here are the only thing that slows a build down.

  • The business details, services, service areas, photos and logo we ask for on the onboarding form
  • Manager access to your Google Business Profile, granted from your own account
  • A list of past customers (names and mobile numbers) if your plan includes review reactivation
  • Answers and approvals within a reasonable time, usually a few business days

Business details for text messaging

Before we can send text messages on your behalf, our messaging provider may need to verify your business. We'll ask for:

  • Your legal business name, exactly as registered
  • Your trading name, if it's different
  • Your company registration number (e.g. CIPC or Companies House) and VAT number, if you have them
  • Your registered business address
  • A named contact at the business, with their email and mobile number
  • Your website address and the wording of the messages you want sent

These must match your official registration exactly. Until verification passes, we can't switch on missed-call text-back or review request texts. Getting this in on day one is the fastest way to get your plan fully live.

You confirm you have the right to use every photo, logo, review and piece of content you send us, and that what you tell us about your business is accurate.

8. Your domain and your accounts

Where we register the domain for your site, we hold it while your plan is active. It's part of the managed service, so you never get a renewal bill or a login to keep track of. If you buy the website out under section 6, the domain moves to you as part of the migration at no extra cost. If you end your plan without buying the website out, that domain stays with us, along with the site it points to. After a guarantee refund, a domain transfer costs £25 / R550 (see section 4).

If you already owned your domain before you came to us, it stays yours throughout and nothing about that changes.

Your Google Business Profile is yours and stays yours either way. We only ever hold manager access, granted from your own account, and you can remove it at any time.

9. Unlimited updates, and what that means

Unlimited updates cover changes to what's already on your site: wording, prices, hours, photos, staff and project galleries. Email the change and it's usually live within two business days.

What counts as new work instead

  • New pages. Adding a new page beyond your plan's page allowance is new work, not an update.
  • Blog posts and written content. Articles and written SEO content outside your plan are a separate content service. Email gino@getclickrocket.com for details and pricing.
  • Bigger changes. A full redesign, a change of trade or business name, or a new tool built from scratch is a separate project.

We'll always quote any of the above before doing the work. You'll never get a surprise invoice.

10. Results

We do the work described in your plan, and we do it properly. No company can honestly promise a specific Google ranking, search position, number of reviews or number of leads, and we don't. Anything we say about typical results is an example, not a guarantee.

11. Text messaging and reviews

Some plans send text messages to your customers on your behalf. You're the sender of those messages, so you confirm you have the right to contact everyone on any list you give us. Every message includes a way to opt out, and we honour STOP requests immediately. We may pause messaging if a network, provider or platform requires it.

We never write, buy or fake reviews. How you set up your review-request process is your choice, and you're responsible for making sure it follows Google's policies and the law.

12. Acceptable use

Don't use the website or the systems we run for you to send unlawful, misleading or unwanted messages, to advertise services you're not licensed to provide, or to break the rules of any network or platform we connect to on your behalf. We may suspend the service if that happens.

13. Liability

We provide the services with reasonable care and skill. So far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits or lost business.

14. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change applies to your plan. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in them removes any rights you have under consumer law where you're based that can't legally be excluded.
